Aihunters UAB (“the Company”, “we”, “us” or “our”) takes your privacy seriously. This Web Privacy Policy governs how we process users’ personal data (hereinafter, “Personal data”) when you use our website www.epicentr.app (hereinafter, the “Website”, “our Website”).

We take responsibility to protect your “Personal data” which has the meaning as set fourth in the General Data Protection Regulation (further GDPR) in full correspondence with the applicable legislation. We are “data controller” for the purposes of the personal data processing under this Web Privacy Policy.

By using our Website, you understand and agree with the Web Privacy Policy, otherwise you shouldn’t use the Website.

We do not knowingly solicit data from or market to children under 18 years of age. By using the Website, you represent that you are at least 18 or that you are the parent or guardian of such a minor and consent to such minor dependent’s use of the Website. AIHUNTERS UAB IS NOT A MEDICAL PROVIDER AND DOES NOT GIVE ANY MEDICAL ADVICE NOR MAKES MEDICAL DECISIONS RELATED TO YOUR HEALTHCARE. OUR WEBSITE NOR APPS ARE NOT INTENDED TO BE A DIAGNOSTIC TOOL AND A MEDICAL DEVICE. This Web Privacy Policy does not apply to your relationships with your medical provider, governed by the federal Health Insurance Portability and Accountability Act of 1996 (HIPAA).

USAGE OF COOKIES AND OTHER TRACKING TECHNOLOGIES

LEGAL BASIS OF DATA COLLECTION

The legal basis for the processing is the performance of a contractual relationship with the User (art. 6(1)(b) and (c) of the GDPR), including the Company legitimate interests to provide the services with its website. Purposes: To enable Users to use the Website; to fulfill Company’s legal obligations and any other obligation eventually arising from the authorities’ instructions; to process any request for information and/or clarification raised by the Data Subjects (also by allowing them to contact our support staff).

DATA TRANSFERRING AND STORAGE:

All data when transferred off the end-user’s device is encrypted in transit, and is stored in a system with access controls and encryption. Transfer and storage of end-user data is compliant with Google’s Application Layer Transport Security (ALTS).

We will only keep your personal information for as long as it is necessary for the purposes set out in this Web Privacy Policy, unless a longer retention period is required or permitted by law (such as tax, accounting or other legal requirements). No purpose in this notice will require us keeping your personal information for longer than the period of time in which users have an account with us. When we have no ongoing legitimate business need to process your personal information, we will either delete or anonymize such information, or, if this is not possible (for example, because your personal information has been stored in backup archives), then we will securely store your personal information and isolate it from any further processing until deletion is possible.

HOW WE USE YOUR INFORMATION:

We do our best to provide you an amazing experience using our website and other services. We use the information received from you as follows:

  • Personal Information is used to communicate with you and to assist you with support related to your account in our EpiCentr app. We may include your contact into our email marketing, but you can opt-out if not interested.
  • Functional Information is used solely to make the website features working and for internal analytics purposes. It is never provided to 3rd parties nor used for other purposes.

HOW WE SHARE YOUR INFORMATION:

WE DO NOT SELL OR RENT YOUR INFORMATION. We may share your information only in the following ways:

Service Providers: We may share information about you with service providers who perform services on our behalf. In case we share some part of Personal Information as set forth above we hash or encrypt it in the way making impossible to identify any particular individual.

Compliance with Laws and Law Enforcement: We may share information about you in response to legal process or a request for information if we believe disclosure is consistent with, or required by, any applicable law, rule, or regulation; to investigate or remedy potential violations of our user agreements or policies, or to protect the rights, property, and safety of us, our users, or others; or in connection with, or during negotiations of, any merger, sale of company assets, financing, or acquisition of all or a portion of our business to another company.

We may share information about you with your consent or at your direction, or as otherwise provided in this Web Privacy Policy. We may also share aggregated or de-identified information, which cannot reasonably be used to identify you.

ACCESSING YOUR PERSONAL DATA AND YOUR RIGHTS:

According the GDPR and this Web Privacy Policy a user has the right to request from the Data controller access to and rectification or erase of Personal data or restriction of processing concerning the data subject and to object to processing as well as the right to data portability. You have the right to withdraw consent at any time, without affecting the lawfulness of processing based on consent before its withdrawal.

IF YOU ARE A CALIFORNIA RESIDENT:

Under the California Consumer Privacy Act of 2018 (CCPA) California residents shall have the right to request:

  • the categories of personal information that is processed;
  • the categories of sources from which personal information is obtained;
  • the purpose for processing of user personal data;

  • the specific pieces of personal information that we might have obtained about a particular user provided that the data given in the request is reliable enough and allows to identify the user

Please include the text “CCPA Request” into the Subject of your email.

When submitting a verifiable request, you should be ready to:

  • Provide sufficient information that allows us to reasonably verify you are the person about whom we collected personal information or an authorized representative, which may include: name, address, city, state, and zip code and email address. We may use this information to surface a series of security questions to you to verify your identity. If you are making a request through an authorized agent acting on your behalf, such authorized agent must provide written authorization confirming or a power of attorney, signed by you.
  • Describe your request with sufficient detail that allows us to properly understand, evaluate, and respond to it.

We will not be able to respond to your request or provide you with personal information if we cannot: (i) verify your identity or authority to make the request; or (ii) confirm that the personal information relates to you.

We try to respond to a verifiable consumer request within thirty (30) days or we will inform you about exceeding time needed in  written form.
